Neers Blast Camels

SK headed across the Licking River tonight to the desert for a match-up with the 16-8 Campbell County Camels. CC had won 6 out of their last 7 games. SK jumped out to a 9-0 lead and never looked back as they rout the Camels by 20, 54-34. The Neer defense was in form tonight at they held the Camels to single digits in 3 quarters tonight. Coach Stowers was able to clear the bench early in the 4th as 11 different players scored tonight. 

The JV team trailed most of the game but came from behind to take the lead with just over 5 minutes to go for the win. 

The SK Boys will take their turn travelling to Campbell County tomorrow while the girls host the Demons in their last district match-up of the year at the Joe. The outcome of the game will not affect district seedings for the girls as they have the #2 seed locked up regardless of the outcome of the game.
