The Pioneers Football team got their first victory of the season tonight at Menefee Stadium as they bested the Conner Cougars in a key 6A Match-up. SK come out on top by a final of 43-14. SK got on the board first with a 39 yard field goal by Senior Bryan King. The Pioneers got a key special teams play to set some momentum as Mitchell Clayton recovered a muffed punt deep in Conner territory. SK went up 9-0 at the end of the first and had a secure 24-0 lead by the third.
