The girls team was back to post holiday action in a 32nd District Game against Williamstown tonight. SK came out a winner in the final regular season match between the two teams by a final score from Williamstown of 74 to 19. Williamstown scored no more than 6 points in any single quarter as SK forced 38 turnovers for the game. The Pioneeers were led in scoring by Chelsea Tolliver's 20 points that came by way of 9 of 12 shooting. Caitlyn Figgins was the only other double figure scorer at 11 although SK saw 13 different players score. Almost all of the SK varsity team played less than half of the game.
A trip to Williamstown usually means one thing for sure; a loud band. For some reason, the Band of Pride didn't come out tonight which probably means they will be in full force for the boys game tomorrow night.
The Lady Pioneers travel tomorrow tonight to take on the Lady Bulldogs of Holmes in NKAC action.
Destiny Cosentino and Hannah Klee pull down a rebound.

Just a little too much number play on 3, 2 and 5's. 2 Players (Fare and Fig) end up with 5 in the third.
