The Team's Parts

"Now the team is not made up of one part but of many. If the left tackle should say, 'Because I am not the quarterback, I do not belong to the team', it would not for that reason cease to be part of the team...If the whole team was just all quarterbacks, where would the sense of blocking be?...And the quarterback can't say to the tackle, 'I don't need you!'
