The half-time score was 35-24. SK trailed by 18 in the second but got a nice little run at the end of the half after 4 straight points by Austin Baldwin and a traditional 3 point play by Barnes. The Pioneers got a couple of early buckets in the third but couldn’t sustain the momentum and went down by mid-twenties. SK was hurt by poor foul shooting as they only connected on 2 out of 15 shots from the stripe. The Pioneers fall to 5-10 on the season and have lost 6 out of the last 7 games.
What is the official rule about slapping the backboard? SK was whistled for a technical foul for such a play. The Eagles committed the same violation on three occasions but didn’t get tagged with the T. Barnes connected on this for the traditional three point play.
Mrs. Barwell at half-time.
I'm sure Coach Steiner had some good questions tonight.
Chambers attempts the drive.
Austin Baldwin keyed a nice Pioneer run at the end of the first half. He certainly gets after it.
Lanham with a strong move.
