The girls trailed Highlands by 5 with just under two minutes to go. Chelsea Tolliver kept driving to the basket and the Bluebirds kept fouling her. Not sure how many points she had but it was a bunch. The game featured several ties and lead changes. Along with Chelsea, Sydni Wainscott and Kayla Smith were named to the All Tourney team. SK hands Highlands only its second loss of the season and the first to a Northern Kentucky team. Congratulations girls.
A very nice contingent of folks made their way to the game tonight. The support was awesome in a game that had a year-end tournament feel to it.
Chelsea definitely found her way to the rim tonight.
