Pack a Lunch and Pack your Shoes

The Lady Pioneers will hit the long road to Shelby County on Tuesday night to take on Carroll County at 6:00. Pack your lunch because Shelby County is 81 miles from SK's campus and will take you just about 90 minutes to get there. The Pioneers did not face Carroll during the regular season. SK enters the game at 23-8 having won their last 4 games while Carroll is 16-12.

To get to Shelby County, you basically go to Henry County and then keep going. Here are the directions:

The boys team will take on South Oldham at Henry County High School on Wednesday night at 8:00. South Oldham enters the game with a 17-13 record and the Pioneers are one game under .500 at 14-15. (NOTE: The 8:00 games actually started more like 20 minutes after the first game or about 7:45 last year.)

Things are a mess right now down at Roy L. Winchester gymnasium as the school and parking lots are undergoing construction. Parking may require your walking shoes as the lot availability is up in the air right now.
