Lady Neers with Big Win at Lex Cath

I just got word from Lexington Catholic from my roving reporters on the ground that the Lady Neers knocked off Casey County by a final of 47-30. The win puts the Youngneers in the semifinal bracket of the silver division. WOW! Casey County is ranked by some media outlets as a Top 15 team led by D1 Post Player Megan Pittman. The Pioneers last played Casey County in the Sweet 16 in 2009 when the Rebels snapped the Neers’ quest for a Final 4. Pittman was the player in that game that carried Casey County to the win as a Freshman.
